Dr Radica graduated in 2008 from the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia, thus gaining the title of Doctor of Dental Medicine. During her studies, and still participate in numerous international scientific congresses and seminars in the country and abroad in the field of dentistry. Also, actively participated in the popular workshops conducted by Dr. Stace Lind under the auspices of Ultradent USA, gaining a Certificate of Anatomic Endodontic Technology. Her favorite fields of dentistry are cosmetic and restorative dentistry where she has achieved great results.

In addition to widen her portfolio of treatments Dr Radica has also developed a special interest in aesthetic medicine. She has completed various advanced and prestigious courses and she is now an insured and experienced practitioner in non-surgical aesthetic skin treatments. She possesses advanced certificates in anti-wrinkle injections and hyaluronic dermal fillers.
In 2010, at the age of 26, she established RENDEVSKI Dental Clinic together with Dr Andreja, where she currently works modern dentistry. Radica speaks English, Greek and Turkish
